During the pandemic a lot of loss something (as well as someone) — a sense of community and human connection. Parker502 is a not for profit consulting and event planning organization designed around creating random, fun and noteworthy experiences. Basically, we want to get people outside of the house and getting comfortable with the uncomfortable while meeting new people and forming life long bonds.
DATE MY FRIEND is not a new concept, but it’s new to Louisville.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Basically, anyone over 21 can attend but friends are HIGHLY encouraged get up and “pitch” their single friend to the audience by telling us how they met, what they love about said friend and the kind of person they would like to see their friend date. This is all about hyping each other up and meeting new people. We will also play some fun matchmaking games.
